Marsden High school has a record of excellence in music.

The various Music groups and bands have participated in numerous performances inside and outside the school including the prestigious Manly Jazz Festival and the 2003 State wide School Spectacular. Our wonderful music teacher Ms Milena Idrus is a powerhouse of energy and is constantly coming up with new projects for the music department.

The school has many bands that cater for all ranges of talents and instrument's from the junior stage band to the school choir.

In 2003 the music groups cut a CD named Marsden's Magical Music Madness. It is a compilation of bands, vocal groups and solo artists from all years.
