Starting a new school year can be stressful for everyone; students, parents and teachers alike. ABC Radio has teamed up with Smiling Mind to give you new, quick 2 minute meditations to help with the transition back to school.

These are guided meditations, designed by psychologists to build and encourage positive mental health and wellbeing. Smiling Mind meditations are used in classrooms right across Australia and assist students and teachers with improving resilience, decision making, stress, creativity and overall wellbeing.
